Steam Infusion partnership with Spirax Sarco
We’re delighted to announce our partnership with Spirax Sarco, the steam experts. They will now be offering our Steam Infusion technology and Vaction™ Pump to food & beverage manufacturers in various locations around the world. We kicked off our partnership with a pair of webinars to explain how this innovative technology works.
Our online event offered an introduction to Steam Infusion to demonstrate how food and beverage manufacturers can take advantage of the technology to double their production capacity. This patented technology allows you to cook a wide range of liquid food and beverage products gently yet rapidly, up to a temperature of 140°C. Steam Infusion can achieve all of this without the traditional challenges of steam injection like burn-on and low efficiency.
There are two types of Steam Infusion: In-Tank and In-Line. You can retrofit our In-Tank Steam Infusion Vaction™ Pump to breather new life into your old vessels and it’s ideal for your R&D tests. The In-Line Pump is perfect for continuous processing; you can achieve throughputs of 1 000kg/hr up to 200 000kg/hr or even more! Or you can use it in a recirculation loop for batch processing.
