OAL has been selected to present Steam Infusion at the European Food Venture Forum in Aarhus, Denmark, 3- 4 September 2014. Steam Infusion is a revolutionary heating and mixing process that uniquely infuses steam into liquid food products in a vacuum.

The European Food Venture Forum is the venue where 36 selected, international entrepreneurs are presenting their ideas to a panel of leading investors and food business experts. Eco-innovation, processing of foods, food safety, health, functional foods, nutrition, self-sufficiency, sustainability, and waste management are among the challenges being addressed in the individual company presentations. The European Food Venture Forum is the sole event in Europe where venture companies meet within the food industry. In other words, "this is where the world comes together to put innovation, entrepreneurship, and business cooperation in the food industry on the agenda."

Organised by Europe Unlimited, this will be the fourth such forum and takes place in Aarhus, Denmark on 3rd and 4th September 2014.  OAL Group are one of the elite 36 innovative companies operating in the European Food sector that have been invited to present.  We will be presenting our Steam Infusion technology to the panel in order to gain invaluable help and advice to formulate an effective commercial strategy for Steam Infusion across Europe and beyond.

Further research and development is being undertaken in a £1million UK government funded  Nutrition for Life project at the Steam Infusion Test Centre in the National Centre for Food Manufacturing,  Holbeach.

OAL will be presenting initial findings from the Nutrition for Life project at the PPMA show 2014 running from 30th September to 2nd October 2014. As well as the OAL team, academics from the University of Lincoln will be on the stand to answer questions on Steam Infusion and the project.
