Engineering and food science experts will introduce you to the latest cooking technology, explaining how it can boost production and differentiate your products. Industry professionals will then take you through live demonstrations to put the theory into practice in our state-of-the-art test centre, alongside a look at the robotic systems revolutionising food production. We’ll also take a look at the packaging line and demonstrate how AI can eliminate product recalls to protect your brand and your bottom line.
